As Vice President of Direct Investments and Corporate Finance Mr. Milhem co-ordinates with the Management all aspects of Pre- and Post Acquisitions. These range from the thorough due diligence of investment opportunities and their presentation to the Management and clients to the continuous monitoring and reporting of completed deals.

Prior to joining Univest Group, Mr. Milhem served as Financial Planning Manager of Kerzner International in Dubai, where he was responsible for the Financial projections of a 1.5 billion Dollar project. Mr. Milhem holds an MBA from the University of St Gallen in Switzerland, an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Industrial Economics from the University of Warwick, England.
